On the Road: Travel Writing for Kids

Book a date, gather your friends and join us On the Road. This creative writing workshop gives young writers an opportunity to learn through experience. Explore the art of travel writing and see what it takes to live and work around the world!

We’ll help you choose your destination and (weather depending) your group will embark on an outdoor adventure. Together we’ll capture photos and use all our senses to really savor the experience. Kids will then craft a travel story of their very own, turning observations into words that inspire.

Whether you’re an aspiring writer or someone fascinated by life on the go, this is the perfect opportunity to hone a new skill. Our class can be customized for kids in grades 3-12. We even offer a special Travelnitch fun patch for our Scout friends!

A minimum of 4 participants is required for this class and the cost is $35 per person. Total duration is 2 hours. Contact us to learn more »
