We are actively seeking talented travel kids travel writers who know how to entertain kids through epic short stories about destinations around the world.

Digital Stories

As an experienced travel writer, it’s your turn to shine in our Storyteller’s Spotlight. Help us grow our digital library by contributing your own, original content that inspires families to get out and explore together!

Print Stories

Reading is a wonderful way to ignite the imagination and get kids excited about the world. If you’ve published a book that encourages children to travel the world, we want to share it with our readers!

Audio Stories

Students in grades 7-12 can join our FREE travel writing webinar, then share their own story for a chance to be featured in our Bedtime Stories podcast. Now available on Spotify, Apple & Google Podcasts!

DID YOU KNOW?

We Are a Nonprofit Publisher

Travelnitch began with a dream to increase the availability of travel content for kids. As a nonprofit, we have done that in many different ways—most of which has been digital.

But we also love to dabble in print! While we have published children’s books in the past, our focus moving forward will be on travel activity books—fun and entertaining reads to keep your kid learning on the go!

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

We love to feature new travel writers who can delight and entertain our readers. If accepted, your story will be shared widely across all of our social channels, with an (optional) author’s bio. Learn More »

Books Beyond Borders

We love recommending books that inspire the next generation of wanderers to start packing. Whether it’s climbing Mount Everest, taking a camel ride across the Sahara, or paragliding over Rio de Janeiro, help us kickstart a child’s bucket list. Share your favorite title and we may add it to Books Beyond Borders—our curated collection of family travel reads.
